Associate Leak Features

To associate multiple leak features in one operation:

Select the Associate Leak Features tool from the Leak Analysis menu or Leak Analysis toolbar.
Set the selection, update, tolerance and preview properties in the Tool Settings dialog.
Left-Click in the graphical view.

Tool Settings Option	Value
Processing Mode	None - process all leak records in the master DGN file Use Fence - process contents of the current defined fence Use Selection Set - process contents of the current selection set Use View - process contents of the selected view
Update	Unassigned associations only - only update leak records with blank Asset ID properties Unassigned and invalid associations - update leak records with invalid associations (i.e. no pipe found within tolerance matching the existing Asset ID) and update features with blank Asset ID properties All associations - update all leak records (but filtered by fence, selection set, or view if applicable)
Tolerance	A value in Master Units that defines the maximum allowed distance between a leak record and a feature for an associations (default is 5).
Preview Only	Unchecked - leak records are updated Checked - a selection set of leak records that would be updated is generated for user inspection

Note: Make sure the Gas Main features to associate with have a value for its Asset ID property.
